Returns and refunds
1. All Sales Final on Custom Items
Because custom-made items are created specifically for you, all sales are final. Once an order for a custom garment has been placed and production has begun, we do not offer:
- Refunds
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Cancellations
2. Accuracy & Approvals
We want you to love your custom piece! To ensure your order is perfect:
- Check Your Details: Please double-check all spelling, measurements, and color choices before checking out. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.
3. Exceptions (Damages or Defects)
The only exception to our "No Refund" policy is if the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong color or misspelled a name that was provided correctly).
